Bollywood actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was honoured with French
government's second highest civilian French award at a ceremony held in
Mumbai. The event was special in many ways- it was Aishwarya's 39th
birthday and it was her daughter Aaradhya's first media outing!
And the evening turned out to be quite eventful. No sooner did Ash climb up the stage to receive the honor, her beloved daughter got cranky and started crying.
It seemed Beti B wanted all the attention for herself. Being a responsible father, Abhishek left the hall for a few minutes to calm her down.
Aishwarya, who has all along been very guarded and protective about her daughter in public, said to the media that the presence of flash lights and cameras gets overwhelming and uncomfortable for the baby that's why she has to get protective.
Aishwarya also reportedly said that she was warned about Aaradhya getting cranky.
